We had an amazing time on our romantic escape! The hot springs were a highlight, with spacious pools and the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. The buffet dinner and breakfast offered a great variety of food, with fresh options to please all tastes. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the bus stop and town center, making it easy to explore the area. We also loved the traditional dance performance and drumming show.
While the hotel was generally great, there were a few small issues to note. The room decor was a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.

A short walk to Shino, where you can have lunch. We greatly enjoyed sakurai. Just a short distance to Kusatsu Onsen Netsunoyu. Free Wi Fi worked well in all rooms.

Food was good, and there was plenty of it. A great variety is offered, and you could get full without having to repeat dishes. The surroundings were pleasant too, with lots of picturesque scenery to enjoy during the day. The staffs were friendly, especially the housekeeping personnel who kept our room tidy.
The facilities were outdated, and the rooms were not well equipped. There was no coffee or tea-making equipment in the room, and the bed was uncomfortable.

Our stay at the luxurious hotel was phenomenal. We were blown away by the exclusive amenities, including the opulent spa lounge and hot spring bath, which offered the perfect opportunity to indulge in some much-needed relaxation. The staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The entertainment was top-notch, with live performances and a great leisure room for downtime. The restaurant offered a wide range of delectable dishes, including special diet menus, which catered to every palate.
The only minor complaint we had was the lack of a swimming pool. Although the hotel offered an array of other facilities, including massage and private in-room facilities, we would have loved to have seen an outdoor swimming pool or shallow end.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. It was nicely situated overlooking the beautiful mountain range. It was also conveniently located, just a short walk from the Kusatsu tourist area and a few minutes down the slope to the bus terminal. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was well kept with great amenities. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, and we were impressed with the delicious breakfast buffet that offered a wide range of scrumptious meals. The onsen was a calming experience, and it provided a spectacular view of the nearby mountains.
The hotel may be outdated and in need of some updates in terms of décor and furniture.
